Beth and Joey stopped by today to say goodbye to Dominic and I. As you can see by the photo below, saying goodbye makes Dominic very sad.

I went to Syracuse University as an undergrad and received a B.F.A I then began teaching art in NY and did so for five years. While teaching I went to SUNY Cortland and received my masters with a focus in Literacy. My husband Matt and I were married in 2002. In 2004 we began a journey to Maine, with our cat Jezzie in tow,so he could attend school. This is about the time Jezzie became very lonley and so we adopted Ralph. In Maine I worked as a 7th grade reading teacher. My biggest achievement so far is having our son Dominic (Jan. 06)and being a mom.
